CEO POSITION

Enerji Ltd (ASX:ERJ)(‘Enerji’ or the ‘Company’) advises that Mr Andrew Vlahov’s contract with the Company for his position of Chief Executive Officer has come to an end.

Enerji’s Non-Executive Chairman, Mr Rod Phillips, said: “Enerji is grateful for Andrew’s contribution and wishes him all the best for his future endeavours.”

The Board is in advanced discussions with a replacement for the CEO Position and will update the market once the suitable candidate has been appointed.
