TRADING HALT
The securities of Enerji Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 13 October 2016 or when the announcement is released to the market.

TRADING HALT REQUEST
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Enerji Ltd (ASX: ERJ ) requests the granting of a trading halt in ERJ’s ordinary securities listed on the ASX pending the release of an announcement in respect to the status of discussions on an extension of time to satisfy the conditions precedent to the Subscription Agreement entered into with ECM Pty Ltd.
It is requested that the trading halt apply immediately until the earlier of ERJ making the announcement in respect to the discussions, or the opening of trading on Thursday 13 October 2016.
ERJ confirms that it is not aware of any reason why a trading halt should not be granted.
