Independent Non-Executive Director Appointment and Resignation

Enerji Ltd advises of the appointment of Mr Peter Thomas as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company.

Peter Thomas comes to Enerji with a broad international business background of over 20 years in finance and natural resources. Most recently, he was a senior executive at Fortescue Metals Group where over ten years, he held the roles of CFO (TPI), General Manager Rail, Project Director, General Manager Christmas Creek project, and Director of Shared Services. Prior to that, Peter was an investment banker in New York and London working for Lehman Brothers. He has served on several boards in both the listed and non-listed space. Peter has an MBA from Harvard University and a BEc (finance, actuarial studies) and BSc (mathematics) from Macquarie University and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

The Company also advises of the resignation of Mr Justin Audcent as a director of the Company. Mr Audcent has joined Crowe Horwath as a Principal to lead and grow its corporate finance practice in WA, based in its Perth office.

The Board of Enerji would like to thank Mr Audcent for his contribution to the Company throughout his tenure as a director and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
