CONSOLIDATION TIMETABLE
Enerji Limited issued a notice of general meeting outlining a proposal to implement a 10-to-1 consolidation of its share capital subject to shareholder approval.
If approved by Enerji’s shareholders, it is proposed that the consolidation will be implemented in accordance with the following timetable.
