Further to the announcement on 15 April 2014, Enerji further advises that Ms Samantha Tough has withdrawn her consent to act as a Director. The appointment was not ratified by the Board although announced to the market.

The withdrawal is based on further consideration of the cash reserves of the Company and minimising commitments going forward.

Two shareholder representatives in Mr Peter Avery and Mr Steve Formica have consented to join the Board reflecting the important role that substantial shareholders have played to date. They will not receive a director’s fee.
