RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The following information regarding the results of the Annual General Meeting of Enerji Limited held on 29th May 2014 is provided in accordance with listing rule 3.13.2. and section 251AA of the Corporations Act 2001.
The total numbers of proxy votes exercisable by proxies validly appointed gave instructions for each of the resolutions as per the tables below.
