Withdrawing of Resolution from Notice of Meeting
Perth-based clean power company Enerji Limited ( Company )(ASX:ERJ) refers to the notice of meeting dated 16[th] April 2012 and advises that the Directors have agreed, at the Chairman’s request, to remove resolution 4, relating to the issue of employee share plan shares to Mr Ian Campbell, from the agenda at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 16[th] May 2012.
The Chairman feels it more appropriate to put such a resolution to shareholders once the Company’s business is more advanced.
