Request for Voluntary Suspension

Enerji Limited (“Enerji” or “the Company”) (ASX Code: ERJ) refers to it’s request for a trading halt on the 23[rd] October 2012.

The Company is finalising a placement of securities with brokers, which is expected to be completed within 2 business days. By this time the Company will be able to announce to the market that is has secured placement funds for the ongoing operations of the business.

Based on this, the Company anticipates it will be able to update the market before opening on 30[th] October 2012.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted.
