Further Extension of Voluntary Suspension

Enerji Limited (“Enerji” or “the Company”) (ASX Code: ERJ) refers to it’s voluntary suspension request and approval on the 29[th] November 2012 and subsequent announcement regarding the extension the voluntary suspension.

The Company advises that some new investors in the placement required additional time in order to conduct due diligence or research on the Company. The Company has now received undertakings for the target amount of the placement and is finalising the paperwork and awaiting receipt of funds. An announcement regarding this will be released shortly. The Company will seek to lift the suspension of its securities in due course.
