Request for Voluntary Suspension

Enerji Limited (“Enerji” or “the Company”) (ASX Code: ERJ) refers to it’s request for a trading halt on the 28[th] November 2012 and subsequent request to keep the securities suspended.

The Company is finalising a contract with it’s second major customer. Once this process is concluded the Company will be in a position to announce the outcome to the market.

The Company expects to be able to update the market before opening on 20th December 2012.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted.
