Request for voluntary suspension

Enerji Ltd (“the Company”) (ASX Code: ERJ) refers to its request for a trading halt on 28 November 2012 and its subsequent requests on 3, 5 and 11 December 2012 for trading in its securities to remain in suspension.

As announced to ASX on 11 December 2012, the Company is in the process of finalising a contract with its second major customer (“Contract”). The Company anticipates that the Contract will be finalised for board approval on or before 18 January 2013. Once board approval for the Contract has been obtained and the Contract has been signed, the Company will then release details of the transaction the subject of the Contract to ASX and request that the Company’s securities are reinstated to trading on ASX.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2, the Company advises that:

• it is seeking the extension to the voluntary suspension pending the finalisation and execution of the Contract (subject to board approval) expected to occur on or before 18 January 2013;

• the event the Company expects will end the voluntary suspension is an announcement by the Company relating to the finalisation and execution of the Contract;

• it is not aware of any reason why the request for the extension of the voluntary suspension should not be granted; and

• it is not aware of any other information necessary to inform the market about the suspension.
