ENERJI COMPLETES SECOND DRAW DOWN FROM FUNDING FACILITY

Enerji Limited ( ASX:ERJ ) (“ Enerji ” or the “ Company ”) has today drawn down $250,000 from it’s $25 million redeemable zero coupon convertible bond facility pursuant to the Bond Subscription Agreement approved by shareholders on 17 December 2010, being part of tranche number 2. This tranche consists of 25 convertible bonds issued at a price of $10,000 each.

The funds received from this drawdown will be applied to further progress the company’s works program.
