APPENDIX 4C – QUARTERLY CASH FLOW

Enerji Ltd (the Company) presents its Appendix 4C for the quarter ended 31 March 2011.

The Company held cash reserves at the end of the period of $357,000, a net decrease of $116,000 on the prior period. Details as per attached Appendix 4C.

Shareholder approval was received in December 2010 for the Company to issue up to 2,500 Bonds at a value of AU$10,000 per bond, (total $25 million) to Fortensa Special Opportunities Funds Limited under the Bond Subscription Agreement as previously released. The securing of this financing ensures adequate funding of the Company going forward.
