$899K RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT REBATE RECEIVED

Enerji Ltd (ASX:ERJ)(“Enerji” or the “Company”) is pleased to advise that following the completion and lodgement of the Income Tax Return for the year ended 31 December 2015, the total Research & Development Rebate (“Rebate”) of $899K was received today.

The Company is still advancing negotiations with interested parties regarding project finance facilities to fund the deployment of Enerji’s first heat-to-power project, currently in development for Northern Star Resources’ Jundee Project.

Other fund raising initiatives are also being considered by the Board to ensure the Company has sufficient working capital to implement its business strategy.
