Termination of Bond Agreement
Perth-based clean power company Enerji Limited (ASX:ERJ) advises that the Bond Agreement with Fortensa Special Opportunities Fund was terminated on 1 October 2012.
As per previous announcements, the Company is aggressively seeking to fund its business through project finance and other forms of debt financing.
