Extension of Voluntary Suspension
Enerji Limited (“Enerji” or “the Company”) (ASX Code: ERJ) refers to it’s voluntary suspension request and approval on the 29[th] November 2012.
The Company advises that it is finalising the placement and, as such, will seek to lift the suspension of its securities on or before Wednesday 5[th] December 2012. During this time, the Company believes it will be in a position to make an announcement on the finalisation of the placement.
