Issue of Shares and Total Voting Rights

The Company announces it has issued 470,588 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in respect of deferred management share bonus awards.

Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to AIM, with an admission date expected to be 7 September 2018.  Upon admission, the shares will rank parri passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.

The company's total issued share capital following Admission will consist of 145,243,917 ordinary shares of 25 pence each with one voting right per share.  The Company holds 1,295,360 ordinary shares in treasury therefore the number of ordinary shares in issue less the total number of treasury shares following admission will be 143,948,557.
