13. Additional information:	Ruffer LLP now controls the voting rights over 9,079,266 shares (10% of the voting rights) of Volex Plc which are held by Ruffer LLP's discretionary clients. Ruffer purchased 2,149,070 new shares in the recent placing which were admitted to the market on 2 July 2014. In addition to this Ruffer also purchased, on 2 July 2014 a further 315,424 of Volex Plc's existing shares. These transactions had the effect of increasing Ruffer's percentage holding from 7% to 10%
