Director/PDMR Shareholding 

Volex plc (AIM:VLX) announces that it was notified on Monday 11 October 2021 that NR Holdings Ltd purchased 60,000 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence each in the Company on Monday 11 October 2021, at an average price of £4.18 per share. Following this purchase, Nat Rothschild, Executive Chairman of the Company, a beneficiary of NR Holdings Ltd, holds 38,589,581 ordinary shares, representing 24.31% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company.

This announcement is made in accordance with Article 19 of the UK version of the EU Market Abuse Regulation 596/2014 which has effect in English law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
