Volex plc (AIM:VLX) announces that it was notified on Tuesday 25 August 2020 that NR Holdings Ltd purchased 500,000 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence in the Company during the day, at an average price of 165 pence per share. Following this purchase, Nat Rothschild, Executive Chairman of the Company, a beneficiary of NR Holdings Ltd, will hold 37,965,595 ordinary shares, representing 24.94% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company.
This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of Article 19(3) of the EU Market Abuse Regulation No 596/2014.
