Director/PDMR Shareholding
Volex plc (AIM:VLX) was notified on Thursday 18 June 2020 that NR Holdings Ltd, of which Executive Chairman Nat Rothschild is a beneficiary, purchased 67,171 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence in the Company at a price of 151.3776 pence per share on 18 June. The Company was also notified on 19 June that Mr Rothschild received 367,145 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence by way of transfer from a family member on 19 June.
Following the purchase and transfer, Mr Rothschild has a beneficial holding of 37,310,394 Ordinary Shares in total, representing 24.58% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company.
