Director/PDMR Shareholdings
The Company announces today that pursuant to the share awards made on 5 June 2018 with respect to the deferred management bonuses for the 2017-2018 financial year, 266,794 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") have been issued.
Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to AIM, with the admission date expected to be 7 August 2019. On admission, the shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company. The company's total issued share capital following admission will consist of 149,868,439 ordinary shares of 25 pence each with one voting right per share. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
Nat Rothschild, Executive Chairman, has been issued 125,701 Ordinary Shares. Following the issue of shares, Mr Rothschild will hold a total of 36,176,078 shares in the Company, amounting to 24.1% of the issued share capital. Daren Morris, Chief Financial Officer, was issued 141,093 Ordinary Shares. Following the issue of shares, Mr Morris will hold a total of 661,093, or 0.44% of the issued share capital.
