Volex plc (the "Company"), a global provider of power and data cabling solutions, announces that on 26 February 2016, Daren Morris the Chief Financial Officer, purchased 20,000 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 41.9 pence per share, representing in total 0.02% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company.

Following this purchase, Mr Morris will hold a total of 230,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.25% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company.
