PDMR Shareholding

Volex plc (the "Company") announces that Daren Morris, the Company's new Non-Executive Director, has today purchased 30,000 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of £1.12 per share, representing in total 0.0005% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Following this purchase, Mr Morris will hold a total of 30,000 Ordinary Shares, representing in aggregate 0.0005% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company.

This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of the FSA Disclosure and Transparency Rules 3.1.2 to 3.1.4.
