Admission to AIM

Further to the Company's announcement on 28 November 2017 and the General Meeting on 15 December 2017, the Board is pleased to confirm that the admission of the Company's ordinary shares of 25 pence each (the "Ordinary Shares") to trading on AIM will occur at 8.00 a.m. today, 19 January 2018. At the same time, the Ordinary Shares will be removed from trading on the Main Market of London Stock Exchange plc and their listing on the Official List will be cancelled.
