Appointment of Company Secretary and Change in Director's Duties
Volex plc (AIM:VLX) is pleased to announce the appointment of Christian Bedford as its Group General Counsel and Company Secretary. Consequently, Jon Boaden, Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary, has relinquished his role as Company Secretary. In this role, Christian will lead the Company's global legal function, including corporate governance, complex commercial transactions, intellectual property, litigation and regulatory matters.
Christian Bedford is a qualified solicitor and prior to joining Volex, was Head of Legal and Company Secretary at Williams Advanced Engineering.
