Notice of AGM and Publication of Annual Report and Accounts

Volex plc (AIM:VLX), the leading integrated manufacturing specialist for performance-critical applications and supplier of power products, is pleased to announce the publication of its Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") for 2022 and its Annual Report and Accounts for the 2022 financial year.  Both documents are now available on the Company's website at www.volex.com, on the Shareholder Information page in the Investor Relations section, and will be posted today to shareholders who have elected to receive them in hard copy.

The AGM will be held at 4.00 p.m. on Friday 19 August 2022 at the offices of GTK (UK) Ltd, Antura, Unit C2, Bond Close, Basingstoke, Hampshire, RG24 8PZ.

At this present time, we expect to be able to welcome shareholders to the AGM in person.  However, shareholders will also be able to watch and listen to the AGM online via a live webcast, using the Investor Meet Company platform. Questions can be submitted (in writing) via the Q&A function on Investor Meet Company during the AGM and will, where relevant to the business of the AGM, be answered during the webcast. Please note that shareholders joining the live webcast will not be able to vote on the day and must register their vote in advance, which they should do by using their ability to vote by proxy. To attend the webcast, shareholders should register at  https://www.investormeetcompany.com/volex-plc/register-investor by 6.00 p.m. on 17 August 2022.
