Volati AB (publ) announces changes to the Board of Directors
Volati AB announces that Karl Perlhagen has today resigned from his position on the Board of Directors with immediate effect. He is the subject of an ongoing preliminary investigation regarding the tax handling of a share transaction. The investigation concerns his private tax return and has no connection to Volati. Karl Perlhagen denies any wrongdoing.
