NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL

RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS 

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1), the Company announces that notification was received on 28 July 2014 that, Omid Kordestani, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, acquired an interest in 1,000 American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs")  in the Company at the cost of $34.3351 per ADR on 28 July 2014.   One ADR equals or is equivalent to 10 ordinary shares of US$0.20 20/21 of the Company.  Therefore, Mr Kordestani now has an interest in 10,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
