VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT

INCREASE IN SHAREHOLDING BY THE CHAIRMAN AND SUBSTANTIAL SHAREHOLDER

This announcement is made by Vobile Group Limited (the ‘‘Company’’) on a voluntary basis.

The board of directors of the Company (the ‘‘Board’’) was informed that on January 29, 2021, Mr. Yangbin Bernard WANG (‘‘Mr. Wang’’), the chairman and substantial shareholder of the Company had acquired on the market an aggregate of 350,000 ordinary shares of the Company at an average price of approximately HK$31.50 per share, representing approximately 0.0758% of the entire issued share capital of the Company as at the date of this announcement (the ‘‘Acquisitions’’).

Immediately after the Acquisitions, Mr. Wang’s shareholding in the Company (excluding share options) increased from approximately 14.58% to approximately 14.66%.
