VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT

INCREASE IN SHAREHOLDING BY THE CHAIRMAN AND SUBSTANTIAL SHAREHOLDER

This announcement is made by Vobile Group Limited (the ‘‘Company’’) on a voluntary basis.

The board of directors of the Company (the ‘‘Board’’) was informed that on 16 July 2021 and 19 July 2021, Mr. Yangbin Bernard WANG (‘‘Mr. Wang’’), the chairman and substantial shareholder of the Company had acquired on the market an aggregate of 600,000 ordinary shares of the Company at an average price of approximately HK$8.28 per share, representing approximately 0.03% of the entire issued share capital of the Company as at the date of this announcement (the ‘‘Acquisitions’’).

Immediately after the Acquisitions, Mr. Wang’s shareholding in the Company (excluding share options) increased from approximately 13.80% to approximately 13.83%.
