INSIDE INFORMATION POSITIVE PROFIT ALERT

This announcement is made by Vobile Group Limited (the “Company”) and its subsidiaries (collectively, the “Group”) pursuant to Rule 13.09(2)(a) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “Listing Rules”) and the Inside Information Provisions (as defined under the Listing Rules) under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

The board (the “Board”) of directors (the “Directors”) of the Company wishes to inform the shareholders of the Company (the “Shareholders”) and potential investors that based on the review of the Group’s preliminary unaudited consolidated management accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024 (the “Reporting Period”), the Group is expected to record a net profit ranging from approximately HK$110 million to approximately HK$150 million, as compared with a net loss of HK$0.2 million for the year ended 31 December 2023. Based on currently available information, the expected increase in net profit of the Group was mainly attributable to the increase in gross profit margin while maintaining robust revenue growth.

As the Group’s consolidated financial results for the Reporting Period has not yet been finalised and unaudited, the information contained in this announcement is based on information that is currently available to the Board and the preliminary unaudited consolidated management accounts of the Group for the Reporting Period which have not yet been reviewed by the Company’s audit committee. The audited consolidated financial results of the Group for the Reporting Period, which may be subject to adjustment(s) and which may differ from the information contained in this announcement, are expected to be published on 28 March 2025.
