UNAUDITED OPERATING DATA FOR THE THREE MONTHS ENDED 31 MARCH 2025

The board of directors (the "Board") of Vobile Group Limited (the "Company") together with its subsidiaries, (the "Group") wishes to announce certain unaudited operating data of the Group for the three months ended 31 March 2025 as follows:

The total revenue of the Group for the three months ended 31 March 2025 increased by approximately 23% comparing to the same period in 2024. The revenue of the Group generated in mainland China for the three months ended 31 March 2025 increased by approximately 21% comparing to the same period in 2024. The monthly recurring revenue ("MRR") of the Group increased by approximately 30% comparing to the same period in 2024.

The above-mentioned data is unaudited and is based on preliminary internal information of the Group, which may differ from figures to be disclosed in the audited or unaudited consolidated financial statements to be published by the Company on an annual or half-yearly basis due to various uncertainties during the process of collating such data.
