UNAUDITED OPERATING DATA FOR THE THREE MONTHS ENDED 30 SEPTEMBER 2023

The board of directors (the ‘‘Board’’) of Vobile Group Limited (the ‘‘Company’’) together with its subsidiaries, (the ‘‘Group’’) wishes to announce certain unaudited operating data of the Group for the three months ended 30 September 2023 as follows:

The total revenue of the Group for the three months ended 30 September 2023 increased by approximately 31% comparing to the same period in 2022. The revenue of the Group generated in mainland China denominated in RMB for the three months ended 30 September 2023 increased by approximately 33% comparing to the same period in 2022. The monthly recurring revenue (‘‘MRR’’) of the Group increased by approximately 37% comparing to the same period in 2022.

The above-mentioned data is unaudited and is based on preliminary internal information of the Group, which may differ from figures to be disclosed in the audited or unaudited consolidated financial statements to be published by the Company on an annual or half-yearly basis due to various uncertainties during the process of collating such data.
