UNAUDITED OPERATING DATA FOR THE THREE MONTHS ENDED 30 SEPTEMBER 2021

The board of directors (the ‘‘Board’’) of Vobile Group Limited (the ‘‘Company’’) together with its subsidiaries, (the ‘‘Group’’) wishes to announce certain unaudited operating data of the Group for the three months ended 30 September 2021 as follows:

The total revenue of the Group for the three months ended 30 September 2021 increased by approximately 98% as compared to the same period in 2020. The Monthly Recurring Revenue (‘‘MRR’’) of the Group for the three months ended 30 September 2021 increased by approximately 86% as compared to the same period in 2020. The monthly average number of active assets managed by the Group exceeded one and a half million for the three months ended 30 September 2021.

The above-mentioned data is unaudited and is based on preliminary internal information of the Group, which may differ from figures to be disclosed in the audited or unaudited consolidated financial statements to be published by the Company on an annual or half-yearly basis due to various uncertainties during the process of collating such data.
