Annual General Meeting Information

Vmoto Limited (ASX: VMT) ( Company ) advises that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at 2:00pm AWST on Friday, 24 May 2024 at Karri Room, Central Park Building, 152-158 St Georges Terrace, Perth WA 6000.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, the Company advises that the closing date for receipt of nominations for the election of Directors is Thursday, 4 April 2024. Any nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5:00pm AWST on this date.
