• I. Further to our letter dated August 13, 2021 in relation (Q the scheduled date for the 33'd Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company to be held on Thursday. September 30. 2021 through video conferencing ("ve") I other audio visual means C'OA VM"), we bring to your kind notice that due to unavoidable/administrative issues ,the Board of Directors of the Company, vide Circular Resolution dated 4tll day of September, 2021 have decided to postpone the 33rd AGM of the Company Scheduled to be held on 30th day of September, 202l.The revised date for the 33rd AGM of the Company shall be decided in due course by the Board of Directors of the Company and same shall be informed to the Stock Exchanges.
