Report Content The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter referred to as:_quot;Company_quot;, _quot;Issuer_quot;), announces to the public the dates of publicationof periodic reports in 2025:

Annual report for 2024 - April 23rd, 2025

Quarterly report for the first quarter of 2025 - May 28th, 2025

Semi-annual report for the first half of 2025 - September 24th, 2025

Quarterly report for the third quarter of 2025 - November 19th, 2025

At the same time, the Issuer informs that according to § 79 sec. 2 ofthe Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 on currentand periodic information published by issuers of securities and theconditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by thelaws of a non-member state , the Issuer will not publish quarterlyreports for the second and fourth quarters of 2025.
