The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter referred to as:_quot;Company_quot;, _quot;Issuer_quot;), announces to the public the dates of publicationof periodic reports in 2024:

Annual report for 2023 - April 24th, 2024.

Quarterly report for the first quarter of 2024 - May 29th, 2024.

Semi-annual report for the first half of 2024 - September 25th, 2024

Quarterly report for the third quarter of 2024 - November 27nd, 2024.

At the same time, the Issuer informs that according to § 79 sec. 2 ofthe Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 on currentand periodic information published by issuers of securities and theconditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by thelaws of a non-member state , the Issuer will not publish quarterlyreports for the second and fourth quarters of 2024.
