Report Content The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter: "Company","Issuer"), with reference to the current report No. 41/2019 of December11, 2019, hereby informs that on January 24, 2025, an annex to theCooperation Agreement between the Issuer and Qubic Games S.A.,headquartered in Siedlce (hereinafter: "Qubic", "Publisher") wasconcluded.

Pursuant to the agreement, the Publisher will prepare a port version ofthe game Real Boxing 2: Remastered for Sony Playstation 4, SonyPlaystation 5, Microsoft Xbox One/Xbox Series S/X and PC (Steam)platforms.

The game will be released for distribution on the aforementionedplatforms in the first half of 2025. The Issuer will announce the exactrelease dates in periodic reports and press releases.
