TheManagement Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter: _quot;Issuer_quot;, _quot;Company_quot;)hereby announces that on February 22nd, 2023, it entered into anagreement with QubicGames S.A., headquartered in Siedlce, Poland(hereinafter: _quot;QubicGames_quot;) for the porting and distribution of the gameEroblast on the Nintendo Switch platform (hereinafter: _quot;Agreement_quot;).

Pursuantto the concluded Agreement, QubicGames will prepare, at its own expense,a port of the Eroblast game and direct it for certification on theNintendo platform within 9 months from the date of transfer of the gamecode by the Issuer. The method of settlement of commissions fromdistribution of the game on the Nintendo platform will not differ frommarket standards.

Simultaneouslywith the conclusion of the aforementioned agreement, the Issuer andQubicGames concluded an annex to the agreement of December 11, 2019 (theconclusion of which was announced by the Issuer in Current Report No.41/2019 of December 11, 2019), pursuant to which the parties decided toterminate their cooperation on the release of the game Mayhem Combat forthe Nintendo platform.
