The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter: _quot;Company_quot;,_quot;Issuer_quot;), informs that on April 12, 2023, the Issuer's SupervisoryBoard approved the Company's development strategy for 2023-2026.

The adopted strategy is based on the following pillars:

1. Growing development competencies.

2. Creating mobile games.

3. Development of the Company through Strategic Partnerships.

The complete strategy, including a description of strategic assumptionsand a product roadmap for the coming years, was adopted in the form of adocument - a presentation, which is attached to this report.
