The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter: _quot;Issuer_quot;,_quot;Company_quot;) informs that on September 13, 2023 it entered into anagreement with QubicGames S.A., headquartered in Siedlce, Poland(hereinafter: _quot;QubicGames_quot;) for porting and distribution of the gameEroblast on the PC platform (hereinafter: _quot;Agreement_quot;).

Pursuant to the concluded Agreement, QubicGames will prepare, at its ownexpense, a port of the Eroblast game and direct it for certification onthe Steam distribution platform within 9 months from the date oftransfer of the game code by the Issuer. The method of settlement ofcommissions for distribution of the game will not deviate from marketstandards.
