The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter: _quot;Company_quot;,_quot;Issuer_quot;), announces that on March 16, 2023, due to the late receipt ofa sales report from one of the sales platforms for February 2023, itbecame necessary to make an adjustment to the value of the resultsachieved in February 2023, presented in Report No. 9/2023 dated March 8,2022.

Sales revenue for February 2023 is expected at 1.88 million PLN. Thegross result is at -0.04 million PLN, and the net is at -0.04 millionPLN.

Cumulatively for two months of 2023, the Issuer expects the followingresults: sales revenue at 3.8 million PLN, the gross result at -0.15PLN, the net result at -0.15 million PLN and EBITDA at 0.4 million PLN.

Sales revenues for February 2023 are expected at PLN 1.81 million. Thegross result at -0.11 million PLN, and the net result is -0.11 millionPLN.

Cumulatively for the two months of 2023, the Issuer expects thefollowing results: sales revenue at PLN 3.7 million, the gross result atPLN -0.22 million, the net result at PLN -0.22 million, and EBITDA atPLN 0.3 million.
