Report Content The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the"Issuer" or the "Company") informs that it has received a notificationfrom Mr. Piotr Gamracy - CEO of the Company, pursuant to Article 69 (1)(2) of the Act on Public Offering and Conditions Governing theIntroduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading and PublicCompanies. 69 (1)(2) of the Act on Public Offering and ConditionsGoverning the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Tradingand Public Companies.

In connection with the registration of the increase in the share capitalof Vivid Games S.A. by series I shares, there was a decrease in theinvolvement of Mr. Piotr Gamracy in the share capital of Vivid GamesS.A. in connection with the increase in the total number of shares inthe Company.

There was no change in the shareholding, which amounts to 5118556ordinary bearer shares, which accounted for 15.85% of shares and votesat the Company's General Meeting before the registration of changes inthe Company's share capital, and accounts for 9.22% of shares and votesat the Company's General Meeting after the registration of theaforementioned changes.

Attached to this report, the Issuer provides the notification.
