Report Content The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter: "Issuer","Company") announces that it has received a notification from aShareholder - Gemini Grupe UAB (hereinafter: "Gemin", "Investor"), inaccordance with Article 69.1.2 of the Act on Public Offering andConditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments toOrganized Trading and Public Companies.

The increase in Gemini's involvement in the share capital of Vivid GamesS.A. took place in connection with the registration of an increase inVivid Games S.A.'s share capital by the series I shares subscribed forby the Investor, which was announced by the Issuer in ESPI Report No.27/2024, dated September 20, 2024.

Attached to this report, the Issuer provides the notification.
