Report Content The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the"Issuer" or the "Company") announces that it has received a notificationfrom Mr. Paweł Sominka - Shareholder, in accordance with Art. 69 (1) (2)of the Act on Public Offering and Conditions Governing the Introductionof Financial Instruments to Organized Trading and Public Companies.

In connection with the registration of the increase in the share capitalof Vivid Games S.A. by series I shares, there has been a decrease in Mr.Pawel Sominka's involvement in the share capital of Vivid Games S.A. dueto the increase in the total number of shares in the Company.Notwithstanding the aforementioned registration of the capital increase,the numerical holding of Mr. Pawel Sominka changed (increased), whichcurrently amounts to 3,710,000 ordinary bearer shares, representing6.68% in the Company's share capital and 6.68% of votes at the Company'sGeneral Meeting. Prior to the aforementioned changes, Mr. Pawel Sominkaheld 3,233,790 ordinary bearer shares, which represented 10.02% in theCompany's share capital and votes at the Company's General Meeting.
