The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter: _quot;the Company_quot;,_quot;the Issuer_quot;), with reference to ESPI current reports no. 56/2020 and27/2023, hereby informs that on January 9, 2024, the Company received aDecision of the District Court in Bydgoszcz dated January 4, 2024,stating that the arrangement approved by the decision of the DistrictCourt in Bydgoszcz dated November 5, 2020 in the case file no. XV GRp3/20 in the Issuer's accelerated arrangement proceedings has beenexecuted in full.

The issuance of the aforementioned decision ends the restructuringproceedings, the subject of which was the Issuer's repayment ofreceivables arising from series A bonds issued in 2017.
