The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter referred to as:the _quot;Company_quot;, _quot;Issuer_quot;), informs that on January 23rd, 2024, the Issuermade an estimated determination of the Company's preliminary financialresults for December 2024.

Sales revenue for December 2023 is expected at PLN 1,41 million. Thegross result at PLN -0,11 million, net result at the level of PLN -0,11million. The cash balance in the Company's bank accounts at the end ofDecember 2023 amounted to PLN 0,7 million, using PLN 2,65 million fromthe credit line.

Cumulatively, for 2023, the Issuer expects the following results: salesrevenues at the level of PLN 21,00 million, gross result at the level ofPLN -0,17 million, net result at the level of PLN -0,18 million andEBITDA at the level of PLN 3,4 million.

The Management Board informs that this report contains preliminary data,which may differ from the final data. Data for 2023 will be verifiedboth internally and in the audit process by a statutory auditor, and thefinal information on the result and sales revenues, taking into accountthe data for the indicated period, will be included in the annual reportfor 2023.
