Report Content TheManagement Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter: _quot;the Company_quot;, _quot;theIssuer_quot;), announces that on March 29, 2024, the Issuer decided to updatethe carrying value of the Company's selected development projects, andtherefore to create provisions for receivables as of December 31, 2023in the total estimated amount of PLN 1,176.63 thousand._#160;

Theimpairment of receivables relates to the games Mobbles Cards and TheCash, the producers of which are in a financial situation that makes itimpossible for the Issuer to recover the advances made for theimplementation of the aforementioned projects.

Atthe same time, the Company's Management Board decided to write down thetotal amount of PLN 2,911.55 thousand as of December 31, 2023, resultingfrom the depreciation in values of some of the Company's developmentprojects. The amount of write-downs is most influenced by the need towrite down the value of the PHY Game technology project, theimplementation of which has been suspended due to unfavorableimplementation conditions._#160;

Atthe same time, the Company informs that the write-downs are of aone-time and non-cash nature._#160; They do not affect the Company's cashbalance, its liquidity, or its ability to achieve its strategic goals.

TheIssuer stipulates that the indicated amount of the write-down may changein the course of the auditor's examination of the financial statements.The preliminary net financial result for 2023 presented in ESPI ReportNo. 3/2024 will be reduced. The final amount of the write-down and thevalue of the net result will be presented in the Company's financialstatements for 2023.
